So the big moment has come in which our project is done, so I just wanted to blog a little about how I feel about the overall experience and seeing how every aspect over the past month has pieced together and led to this ultimate moment in which my group has a physical visual symbolizing all of our collective hard work and dedication toward this process. Although at the beginning, seeing the ending seemed very difficult and unrealistic, we have finally gotten to the end and it has definitely been worth it. To see what started with a bit of research on a genre, target audience, and struggling to come up with a plot for the film opening and film itself, turn into a 2 minute film opening is very much rewarding.
Since I was the one in my group who was more behind the scenes, in terms on filming the project and editing it, rather than acting in it, I was gradually able to start visualizing everything coming together as we were filming it, but once I actually sat down and pieced everything together and made adjustments on iMovie, it became clear everything had worked out. This whole process and experiment just goes to show that every independent element we’ve learned throughout this course was able to come together to allow us to show how we’ve adapted these skills and lessons and apply them.
